These terms explain the conditions for using Frettio. Please read them and the Privacy Policy before use. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the app. Contact support@cocoboloa.com with questions.
Features and scope
Frettio provides personal practice timers and records, a tuner, a metronome, chord and scale references, and selected Apple Watch features. Core features run on-device. iCloud, device transfers, store lookups and external links depend on system services or connectivity. Features may differ between devices; refer to the current interface.
License and your content
You may use the app on supported devices under these terms and the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Your entered practice content remains yours; only provide content you have the right to use. Do not infringe others’ rights, disrupt the app or services, or violate applicable law. This does not restrict activities expressly permitted by law.
Tuning, timing and reminders
Pitch readings depend on the instrument, plucking, ambient noise, microphone and audio route. Feedback is a practice aid, not a guarantee of absolute accuracy in every setting. Adjust strings gradually to avoid excessive tension, and play reference tones at a suitable volume.
Notifications, system alarms, background Watch metronome playback and sync depend on authorization, device state and connectivity. Do not rely on them as safety-critical reminders or guaranteed delivery services. Arrange appropriate backup reminders for important matters.
Data and backups
Take reasonable steps to preserve important practice information. Turning sync off does not delete existing cloud records. Deleted records retain snapshots to prevent old copies from reappearing, as explained in the Privacy Policy. System backups and in-app sync are separate; we cannot guarantee recovery after device loss, uninstallation, account changes or service failures.
Third-party services and charges
Apple, Cloudflare, Rednote and email providers have their own terms. Network, device or iCloud storage charges may apply through those providers. App pricing and any future paid features are subject to the App Store listing and clear disclosures before purchase. These terms do not automatically create a subscription or payment.
Responsibility and changes
We take reasonable care to maintain the app and address feedback, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available. Nothing here excludes liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or affects your statutory consumer rights. Feature or terms changes will be explained in app updates or on this page.
